2.Service Engagement
- Clients must provide accurate information and required materials before the commencement of any project.
- The scope of services, timelines, and pricing will be clearly mentioned in the proposal or agreement prior to initiation.
- Any additional requests or changes beyond the agreed scope may attract extra charges.
3.Payments
- All services are subject to advance or milestone-based payments, as specified in the invoice or proposal.
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned in a written agreement.
- Invoices must be cleared within the due date to avoid service suspension or delay.
4.Confidentiality
- All client information, strategies, and data shared with Grow Digit will be kept strictly confidential.
- We may use anonymized data for internal case studies or performance analysis unless explicitly restricted by the client.
5.Intellectual Property
- All creatives, content, and deliverables remain the property of Grow Digit until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
- Templates, tools, or proprietary methods used in service delivery remain the intellectual property of Grow Digit.
6.Performance & Results
- While we aim to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes like rankings, leads, or sales, as they depend on several market variables.
- We commit to applying industry best practices, tools, and techniques to achieve optimal performance.
7.Recruitment Clause
- Grow Digit acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the actions or performance of the recruited candidates.
- Replacement or refund policies will be governed by the recruitment agreement signed with the client.
8.Training & Consulting
- All training content is for internal use by the client’s team and cannot be shared or republished without permission.
- Business consulting insights and strategies are customized for each client and should be used within the agreed framework.
9.Termination of Service
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 15-day written notice.
- Any outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.
- No refunds are applicable for services already rendered.
10.Limitation of Liability
- Grow Digit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
11.Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Government of India.
- Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
